二 | 台风“白海豚”究竟会在哪里登陆？目前，尚未有定数，这是因为天气舞台上“捣乱分子”太多。浙江省气象台首席预报员娄小芬解释，“今天下午台风中心进入东海后，副热带高压减弱断裂，导致台风在近海移速变慢。同时，此前‘三台共舞’形成的低压带对台风存在牵制，西南方向已经停编的台风‘鲸鱼’残留低压未来可能会被吸进‘白海豚’内部，加强或维持环流强度。”浙江省气象台预计，“白海豚”较大可能于9日下午到10日在浙江沿海登陆，登陆时为台风级或强台风级，也不排除在浙江近海转向穿过舟山群岛北上的可能性。西行登陆抑或北上而去，对浙江会有什么不同影响？“如果台风在我省东部沿海登陆，降水影响范围广，移速较慢，累计雨量大，全省将出现大范围降水，尤其中部地区可能成为强降雨中心。

三 | ”娄小芬进一步分析，若台风在近海转向北上，影响范围相对较小，主要集中在浙北和沿海地区，但风雨仍较强。

四 | 综合来看，无论台风“白海豚”往哪里走，浙江都免不了风雨影响，只是区域不同。

五 | “‘白海豚’面积很大，南北直径共有1200公里，相当于4个浙江省的面积，而且移动速度较慢，相比7月匆匆而过的台风‘巴威’，影响浙江的时间较长、累计雨量可能较大。

六 | ”娄小芬提醒，在东海海域10级以上大风持续时间可能会达到60小时以上，最强的风力也会达到16级以上。具体来看，周六开始，全省风雨影响全面升级。浙江天气网预计，沿海地区首当其冲，以阵雨雷雨为主，局部暴雨，以上有雷雨地区局地可伴有短时暴雨、7～9级雷暴大风。

七 | 周日起，降雨范围扩大，一直到下周二，全省中到大阵雨或雷雨，沿海地区部分暴雨，局部大暴雨。风力更需警惕，沿海海面9—10日部分可达12—14级，局部14—16级；内陆高山区、江河湖面和沿海地区9—11日局部最大阵风可达11—13级。

八 | 高温也会在风雨影响下“熄火”，未来几天全省最高气温普遍在30℃上下。此次“白海豚”较大可能正面登陆浙江，影响时间长，风大雨强，综合致灾风险较高，在此提醒，有关部门需加强回港避风船只管理、滨海设施防风加固工作，同时防范强降雨可能引发的山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等次生灾害，及对城市运行、交通运输、农业生产等的不利影响，密切关注最新台风预报预警信息，做好防台风各项措施。
